Paul Bartolotta wins second James Beard Award


Considered by many to be the “Oscars” of the food industry, the James Beard Awards were announced last night in a ceremony held at Lincoln Center’s Avery Fisher Hall.
Milwaukee native Paul Bartolotta won the prestigious James Beard Foundation Award for "Best Chef -Southwest",
Bartolotta won for his work at Bartolotta Ristorante di Mare at the Wynn Las Vegas, which opened 4 years ago.
Bartolotta previously won the James Beard Award for best chef Midwest, for his work at Spiaggia in Chicago, in 1994.
